Attractive location
The region of Tomaszow Mazowiecki has over 188,000 inhabitants (67,000 in the city and 121,000 in the surrounding area). This is an optimal demographic indicator which ensures sufficient workforce for any commercial / industrial facility.
The city is located in the central part of Poland, and therefore, it has an excellent strategic location.
The international European route E67, which overlaps in the area of Poland with the S8 national road, runs through the city. The E67 route connects: Helsinki – Riga – Warsaw – Wroclaw – Prague, and Warsaw – Katowice, which is a convenient road connection both with the entire area of Poland and the neighbouring countries.
An additional advantage of this location is a well-developed system of railway connections.
